Why I Became a Life & Health Coach
So by now, you've seen my video and you saw that I'm a triathlete in my spare time and how I got sucked into the raw emotion of the people crossing the finish line.
The reason I became a health and life coach is because I realized that experience, that feeling, that empowerment, can be had in any aspect of your life. It doesn't have to be crossing a finish line race. And I can help you feel that every day.
I can help you overcome whatever it is that's holding you back, whatever it is you're feeling that you're missing out on in your marriage, your relationship, your career. And I didn't become a health and life coach to get you over that finish line of a triathlon or a marathon, but if that's your heart's desire, I'd be more than happy to help you with that as well.
But that feeling of stepping outside of your box and just being like, yeah, you can have that every day in every aspect of your life just by overcoming those little hurdles that we don't think we can overcome.
