Overcoming Negative Self-Talk Through Self-Awareness

Negative Self Talk — I am a runner

Laura shares how she used to undermine her running abilities by believing cycling was her strength. After recently accomplishing a 17 mile run, she realized her negative self-talk about not being a real runner was untrue. By becoming aware of and reframing this inner narrative, Laura overcame self-doubt, had an "aha" moment that she is indeed a runner, and unlocked her full potential. She encourages others to identify and reframe negative self-talk to unleash their capabilities.

Let’s see if I can help you overcome your obstacles.
